Fishing Tournament - at Bryants Camp Boat dock, 7:00 pm - 2:00 am, sign up begins at 5:30 pm

August 23rd, 2008:

Beauty Pageant ($ 500.00 Scholarship awarded) Sign up August 15, 6:00 pm at the Garrard Co. High School.

September 8, 2008:

History Mobile - 9am-9pm at the Garrard County High School Parking lot

September 9,2008:

Cemetery Tour Old Paint Lick Cemetery at Manse starts at 6:30 Admission Free (Paid by the Cemetery Board)

September 11, 2008:

Gospel Sing -This year the Gospel Sing will start at 7pm., at Victory Christian Church.

September 12, 2008:

Fair on the Square - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

The 4th Annual Ghost Walk and History Tour will start at 7pm at the Garrard County Court house on the Square of Lancaster, This year we will have costumed enactors along the tour. For more info Please contact Linda Wardlow 859-339-4000 or Kala Wardlow 859-792-3909

September 13, 2008:

Fair on the Square - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Parade - 10:00 am,  Line up will be at the Garrard County High School at 8:30 am

Kidsfest- Free Event, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm at the Whitaker Bank Lot.

History Exhibits - 9 am-4 pm, Location at the following Churches: Presbyterian Church,Methodist Church,Lancaster Baptist Church, and the Lancaster Christian Church.  

Cloggers - Time to be announced.

Subway Eating Contest- 12:00 pm, Garrard Co. Court House, on the square.

1st Response Waterball Battle- 2:00 pm, Garrard Co. Court House, on the square.

Stars on Stage Talent Show- 3:00 pm, Kidsfest Stage.

Military Honors- 6:00 pm, Garrard Co. Court House, on the square.

Entertainment - 8:00 pm, Garrard Co. Court House, on the square.
